e-Wallet is an intelligent App that makes it easy for consumers to manage their occupancy costs from one on-line place. The App receives any utility and service billing and automatically pays each on due date from the prepaid balances that each consumer maintains. The automated billing platform distributes an on-line wallet to all your consumers.

Consumers load their e-Wallet with cash which reflects the credit balance immediately. Bills, produced by smart meters or service providers, show up in each consumers wallet as they become due. Customisable rules and payment parameters automatically authorise and pay the bills per payment terms and deadlines. The systems intuitive intelligence learns what provisions each consumer needs to make for utilities and services each month and alerts the property owner and consumer to balances that are insufficient to settle their dues in advance. If balances are insufficiently maintained, the system serves legally compliant notices automatically – and shuts off the utility or service until balances are restored.
